364.   Johann Noland is trying to gather up a group of people in Parsons for an expedition on the Elephantoid, which Johann Noland has agreed to lead. Barthel Vaclav hesitantly accepted an invitation from Johann Noland to leave Parsons on the Elephantoid, but will have to consult family. Nicolle Vaclav eagerly agreed to go on the journey. Barthel Vaclav moved out of Gilles House in Parsons. Barthel Vaclav boarded the Elephantoid from the port of Parsons, Stantonville. The group about to board the Elephantoid has decided that, rather than Johann Noland naming himself captain outright, the passengers will decide who their captain will be democratically. Anton Vaclav's shipmates have decided that he would make the best captain, though Johann Noland may disagree. The Elephantoid, under command of Capt. Anton Vaclav, has left the harbor at Parsons, Stantonville. The Elephantoid is heading S at quarter-speed. As an act of mutiny, Johann Noland is going to attempt to murder Capt. Anton Vaclav, whose decision-making aboard the Elephantoid has been seen by some passengers as reckless and potentially life-endangering. Johann Noland attempted to murder Capt. Anton Vaclav as an act of mutiny, but failed. A punishment is now being decided for Johann Noland and his two conspirators in the failed mutiny attempt, Nicolle Vaclav and Barthel Vaclav. Since there are no nearby uninhabited islands on which the conspirators could be marooned, they will be hanged aboard the ship. Capt. Anton Vaclav ordered the hanging of 26-year-old Johann Noland at sea aboard the Elephantoid as capital punishment for a failed mutiny attempt in which Johann tried to murder Anton. Capt.
