283.   Lilia Catarina Vaclav was born to Priscella Vaclav and Filipe Noland in the town of Healy Lake, on the island of New Waterford. 15 people came to meet Lilia Vaclav for the first time this year: Carlisle Noland, Willmott Noland, Filipe Noland, Carlisle Noland, Ross Vaclav, Gordan Noland, Priscella Vaclav, Onida Noland, Shaine Vaclav, Filipe Noland II, Lilia Vaclav, Hayden Noland, Clark Noland, Millie Noland, and Rudolfo Vaclav. A language barrier precluded other potential new friendships for Lilia this year.
