319.   Tait Gilles is trying to gather up a group of people in Silas for an expedition on the Albertype, which Tait Gilles has agreed to lead. The group about to board the Albertype has decided that, rather than Tait Gilles naming himself captain outright, the passengers will decide who their captain will be democratically. Stuart Gilles's shipmates have decided that he would make the best captain. Stuart Gilles was designated captain of the Albertype, which will depart Silas shortly; he has never captained a ship before. Capt. Stuart Gilles, Fan Noland, Ruthi Noland, Rani Noland, Bobine Noland, Haleigh Gilles, Windy Prasun, Cleveland Gilles, Mariska Prasun, Bert Gilles, Tait Gilles, and Evy Gilles have boarded the Albertype from the port of Silas, Port Jervis. The Albertype, under command of Capt. Stuart Gilles, has left the harbor at Silas, Port Jervis. The Albertype is heading S at quarter-speed. Mariska Prasun took her own life aboard the Albertype; she was 55 years old. Tobe Gilles died at sea aboard the Albertype from complications related to infancy; she was not even a year old.
