206.   Dyna Marleah Vaclav was born to Ilse Vaclav and Yale Vaclav in the town of Cummington, on the island of Waterford. 11 people came to meet Dyna Vaclav for the first time this year: Ilse Vaclav, Dulce Prasun, Yale Vaclav, Peg Melvin, Sean Vaclav, Max Gilles, Tammara Vaclav, Charles Vaclav, Melinda Vaclav, Dyna Vaclav, and Casey Vaclav. Yale Vaclav moved to Seattle, 13 miles away from Cummington. Yale Vaclav heard about an uninhabited house in Seattle, Waterford, called Prasun House, that could be resided in. Yale Vaclav accepted an invitation from Gabe Melvin to leave Seattle on the Reluctate, but will have to consult family. Ilse Vaclav agreed to go on the journey; their children Charles Vaclav, Sean Vaclav, Dyna Vaclav, Tammara Vaclav, Melinda Vaclav, and Casey Vaclav will also come along. Dyna Vaclav moved out of Prasun House in Seattle. Dyna Vaclav boarded the Reluctate from the port of Seattle, Waterford. Gabe Melvin has made it clear that, because it was his decision for the ship to be commandeered, he will serve as its captain, though Vail Quinn openly questions his ability. The Reluctate, under command of Capt. Gabe Melvin, has left the harbor at Seattle, Waterford. The Reluctate is heading NE at full-speed. As an act of mutiny, Vail Quinn is going to attempt to murder Capt. Gabe Melvin, whose decision-making aboard the Reluctate has been seen by some passengers as reckless and potentially life-endangering. Vail Quinn murdered 56-year-old Capt. Gabe Melvin at sea aboard the Reluctate as an act of mutiny. Vail Quinn has installed himself as the new captain of the Reluctate; he has never captained a ship before. As Capt. Vail Quinn's first order of business, he will immediately navigate the Reluctate toward the nearest island. The Reluctate is approaching the shores of Judgement at full speed. Reluctate is now docked at Litchfield, on Judgement. Yale Vaclav is attempting to find an open lot in Litchfield, Judgement, on which a house could be built. Dyna Vaclav moved into Vaclav House in Litchfield. Dyna Vaclav moved out of Vaclav House in Reluctate. Dyna Vaclav died in Litchfield, Judgement, from complications related to infancy; she was only a year old. Dyna Vaclav was laid to rest in the Litchfield cemetery by a procession of its residents, who placed a gravestone there.
