Subject: about making decision

Zhang Fan made an important point about making a
decision for the proposed date of reunion. Seems
to me many of us favor the idea; but a little
uncertain about making a final decision. There might
 be a couple of reasons:
 (1) Although it is highly preferable to meet as many
people as possible, what matters the most is the
reunion of classmates. Some of us are waiting to
see if there are enough 7771s committed to the event.
While talks among 7773s have been going on for quite
a while, discussions among 7771s just get stated. It
may take some time for reaching a consensus.
 (2) Many of us are still struggling with life such as
carrer, family, etc. While most have reached a
comfortable level in this process, it may be a little
premature to gather for sharing and enjoying the past.
(we still have a future:-) A couple of years waiting
 may be necessary.
 (3) We are a big class. A real effort has to be made
to organize the event. We haven't done enough yet(I
surely share some of the responsibilities)

In any case, these are my personal view, not necessarily
represent the view of majority. I want to put them here
to encourage everyone to participate the discussion:
either for or against the proposed date. Nothing can be
accomplished without the enthusiastic participation of
all. Please join the effort and voice your views!!!
