To potential applicants: 

I accept full-time and part-time students. In order for me to consider you for full-time position with research assistantship, you need to be from a well-known institution with strong background in mathematics and interest in the area of network communications. Some examples of courses that you should take in your M.S. program are as follows: Random processes, Digital communications, Coding theory, Information theory, and network communications. The admission is very competitive. You need to send me your resume and a copy of your transcripts.You will receive a response only if I need more information about your application. 
For those who are working full-time in a company and would like to pursue M.S./Ph.D. part-time with me, please contact me directly to discuss the details.
