About me

I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Technology and Information Management Department of UCSC. My advisor is Lise Getoor and I am part of the LINQS lab. My research interests are in recommender systems and entity resolution. In recommender systems my focus is on hybrid recommendations and on explanations. In entity resolution, my focus is on collective approaches performing in richly-structured social networks. I am using probabilistic graphical models and in particular Probabilistic Soft Logic (PSL) to solve the above problems.
