Pre-registration Form

Please fill in this pre-registration form to help us gauge the number of persons wishing to attend the program, and interested in on-campus accommodation vs hotel accommodation (see Accommodation Information page for detail). Also, please fill in a temporary title and a very short abstract (2-3 lines), to help us decide on the programmatic selection for the 3 days of the program.

Filling the pre-registration form does not guarantee accommodation, nor a talk slot. You will be asked later this year to complete a proper registration form to attend the conference.
