SaccCere is full of calibrated covariance models for different modifications
at different positions

Inside of it is also the .tar.gz file for easy download. To update it just 
type 
	"tar -czvf name-of-archive.tar.gz /path/to/directory"

Then move it on top of the older version inside of the SaccCere folder

Once downloaded just open it up with 

	"tar -xzvf name-of-archive.tar.gz"

and it will make the SaccCere folder on your local machine.
