For this work, we compared the above 3 classes in the 6 pairwise ways. Only 1 of these ways, comparing BRCA1 to BRCA2 produced any resultant pairs. (This brca1 vs brca2 data is here: just b1vb2 data)
The results are sorted with the "best" results (classifiers with the largest margin or separation between the classes) first.
