This program aligns DNA sequence that you paste in with the entire C. elegans genome. The algorithm is designed especially for aligning DNA from other species. It is much slower than the cDNA alignment algorithm used in Worm Align. The time it takes is proportional to the size of the sequence you paste in. A 1000 base sequence will take approximately three minutes to align. An 5000 base sequence will take approximately 15 minutes. Please do not paste in sequences larger than this.
