To save the server directories for targets T0515 T0516 T0517, run

	casp9/starter-directory/scripts/new_target_and_save 515 516 517

from any directory.  Because there is a fixmode and rsync involved, it
is probably fastest to do the command on silo.

Template library was damaged 24 May through at least 26 May.
Silo has been incredibly slow, so restoring the damage has taken much
longer than it should.

Two targets (T0588 and T0599) failed to complete for SAM_T08 because of a problem
reading the T06 mlib file:
Error: Model library /projects/compbio/experiments/models.97/indexes/t06-w0.5-db.mlib Model ENDMODLIBMOD missing

In both cases the error seems to have been transitory, but the damage
had been done and the make did not succeed.  I tried rerunning when I
noticed the problem, but I was too late to make the deadlines.

Silo is incredibly slow again today, so I'm not tempted to try to
experiment to find out what causes the problem.

I believe that three SAM_T08 targets failed because of the template library
update happening while they were using the library.  This *shouldn't*
have caused a problem, but seems to have done so.  The three targets
were 588, 599, and 632.
