	E-value 4.6e-12.

Also good hits 1i1gA, 2cfxA, 2cg4A.

The model was released in PDB the same day we got the target, so had
to be canceled.

Our prediction was not good, with a GDT of only 34% and rmsd_ca of
14.4 Angstroms.  Our best alignments had much higher GDT (align2 to
2cfxA had GDT of 68% and align1 to 2cg4A had 57%, so we might have
been able to fix things up). The alignment to 1ri7A was not as good
(28% GDT), so the HMMs did help pull better alignments to the front.
