We had some trouble closing gaps and removing clashes for this target.
The final model still has a few bad breaks (particularly before I151
and D245) and many bad clashes, but further optimization was unlikely
to make the models much better, and we decided to spend our little
remaining time on other targets. 

This is try9-opt2, which scores best with an unconstrained undertaker costfcn.
