Although we had some super-secondary matches in the template library, we had to rely heavily on our "new-fold" cost functions for building models for target T0281. We ended up with several slightly different models that we have difficulty choosing among. This is try24-opt2, which has three strands, with the N-terminus almost forming another parallel strand with the first edge strand. It scores best with our unconstrained cost function without having been extensively optimized. It is also the most compatible of our models with the contact predictions made (though the contact predictions were not strong enough to drive the model building). One feature that bothers us a little is that the initial, almost-formed, parallel connection is an S-twisted (left-handed) crossover, instead of the more common Z-twisted (right-handed) crossover.
