To get a bad gap before T214 to close, we needed to add constraints
for the normal N-C and CA-CA distances between residues. (Four gaps
were forced closed in this way---the smaller gaps were left in place,
as closing them was unlikely to improve the model significantly.)

This is try5-opt2, the best-scoring model with an unconstrained
undertaker cost function.
