Comparative model with 1jogA as template (also 1o3uA, very weakly, but
in both t2k and t04, and in same superfamily as 1jogA).

try1-opt2 looks pretty good, so I'll just polish it with an
unconstrained costfcn and call it done.

try2-opt2 scores a little better than try1-opt2.  There is a litte
foaminess left, but this is around charged residues, so probably can
only be relieved by introducing salt bridges.
