try1-opt2 looks fine, except for the C-terminal helix which needs to
be better packed.

try2-opt2 looks ok (a tiny bit loose around the C-terminal helix).
It scores best with an unconstrained cost fcn.

I'll do one unconstrained polishing run (try3) and submit.
