This model was created by sidechain replacement on the template 1t0tV.
The sidechains were optimized by SCWRL.

The alignment was created by a 3-track HMM:
	T0270-1t0tV-t2k-local-str2+CB_burial_14_7-0.4+0.4-adpstyle5
but this probably did not matter, as most our alignment methods
produced very similar alignments.
