Since the fully automatic method did not get the whole protein, 
we split off 165-end as a subdomain, predicted it separately, then
pasted it back in and reoptimized.

This is try5-opt2, the best undertaker cost with the requirement that
C207 and C213 form a disulphide (the oxidized form).
