This is a comparative model with lots of templates (1tiqA scores best)
all from d.108.1.1.  The alignment is deep, so the rr constraints are
quite confident.

For some reason the t04.many.frag file was not created.  I'll have to
rerun make.

try3-opt2 is the best scoring, but robetta likes
try1-opt2.repack-nonPC best.
