DUE -- CANCELLED


For some reason T0255 sems to have gotten messed up.
I'm going to rerun the make on it.

Seems to be a fold-recognition for d.32.1 (same as T0256!).
Perhaps T0255 and T0256 should be looked at together.

I think that one of the sheets is flipped relative to the other, based
on the rr constraints.  Perhaps I should try again with the rr
constraints turned on.

Strand A75-A81 is detached from the sheet in try2.
I think that strand C8-D12 may be flipped.
try1 may be better than try2--they have quite different sheets!

I won't try to figure out which sheet topology is better now, but just
add the sheet constraint for the one they agree on, and change a few
more of the rr constraints from "bonus" to enforced.

A big difference between the topologies is that try1 might have
ssbonds for C8-C61 and C105-C108, but only the first of those is
remotely feasible for try2.  I'll add it weakly for the try3 costfcn.

Someone should probably look through the templates to see if any of
them have disulphides.

It seems likely that this target will be withdrawn, so the following
comments are probably irrelevant:

try3 looks better than try2, but try1 may look better than either.

set up dimer using 1kw3B?
