We made conjectures about the disulfide bonds, and later confirmed
them from the literature.  We put in 8 disulfide constraints in all
our models (except the initial fully automatic one):

We had expected these strong constraints to make folding easy, but we
were unable to get a really compact structure.

This is try7-opt2, built before we split the target into domains.
It is not as compact as our model 2, but it does not suffer as badly
from large breaks as many of our earlier attempts.
