This model (try5-opt2) is only slightly tweaked from the automatic
one--we added a sheet constraint to make the second (edge) strand more
firmly connected, and increased break and clash penalties to get
better packing.

The mutual-information based contact predictions were amazingly good
for this target, though we did not need to use them, since there was
an easy alignment for a comparative model.
