We decided that this looked like it ought to be a jelly-roll fold, so
we added sheet constraints to try to make it one.  Depending where we
thought the strands were, we either ended up with an extra strand or
short a strand.

Our second model is based on the assumption that we have an extra strand
after the jelly roll.
