We decided that this looked like it ought to be a jelly-roll fold, so
we added sheet constraints to try to make it one.  Depending where we
thought the strands were, we either ended up with an extra strand or
short a strand.

Our first model is based on the assumption that we are missing the
first strand of the jelly roll.

There are a few bad breaks in the model, but the sheets are pretty good.
