Model5 is from an alignment to our best-scoring fold-recognition
template (1pfkA), with sidechains repacked by SCWRL.
The alignment was made with a 3-track HMM:

Our fold-recognition alignments amounted to no more than a
strand-helix-strand, and were not very useful.
