Obvious homology to 1inlA and 1jq3A (c.66.1.17).

The try1-opt-scwrl model does not look bad.  There are a few small
gaps and the C-terminal helix needs to pack in a bit tighter.
I'll do a polishing run, but I think this is almost done.

The polishing helped.  There still are some tiny breaks, and the
packing could be a little tighter, but I'm going to submit try2-opt
anyway, since I'm so far behind schedule.
