Obvious homology to 1lfpA.

There is also an obvious homology to 1konA, which we missed because
the PDBAA file that we search does not seem to include it (1konA was
released on 17 July 2002, but the 12 Aug 2002 release of PDBAA from
NCBI does not include it!)

I'm adding 1konA to the template library, so that we can remake.

When it finishes, I'll remake the try-alignments

T0177.try2-opt looks very good.  Just a few small breaks to heal.
Let's do a polishing run and submit it.

Best score is now try3-opt.  It's not perfect, but I don't see what I
can do to improve it in the time available, so I'll submit it. (The
final superiteration hardly changed the score.)
