The structure of dimeric P.aeruginosa PHHB was recently
solved to 1.75 A using MAD techniques. Molecular replacement
was first tried but failed using the structure of the
homologous tetramer DCoH/PCD from rat.
We are currently working on the manuscript to be submitted
to Structure.
