Even though homologous proteins could not be found on the sequence level,
(except the corresponding enzymes in other organisms, see EMBO Journal,
1997, 16(10), 2955-2967)
the C_alpha trace shows obvious similarity to known structures.
Secondary structure prediction by PredictProtein turned out to be quite
accurate.
