This directory contains neural networks actually used to make the
predictions for the CASP3 contest.

Different regularizers and weighting were used with different networks
(these should be recorded with the network, but as of 23 June 1998 are
not).

networks with IDaa13 in the name use recode2.20comp, with weighting 
HenikoffWeight(1.3 bits/column, 0.6)

networks with IDaa1 in the name use recode3.20comp, with weighting
HenikoffWeight(1.0 bits/column, 0.5)

Networks with "guide" in the name are intended for use with alignments
containing very few sequences (optimized on just the guide sequences).
