403.   Chandler Gilles is trying to gather up a group of people in Raynham for an expedition on the Overmercifulness, which Chandler Gilles has agreed to lead. The group about to board the Overmercifulness has decided that, rather than Chandler Gilles naming himself captain outright, the passengers will decide who their captain will be democratically. Chandler Gilles's shipmates have decided that he would make the best captain. Chandler Gilles was designated captain of the Overmercifulness, which will depart Raynham shortly; he has never captained a ship before. Capt. Chandler Gilles, Veda Noland, Judas Noland, and Eduardo Noland have boarded the Overmercifulness from the port of Raynham, Pelican. The Overmercifulness, under command of Capt. Chandler Gilles, has left the harbor at Raynham, Pelican. The Overmercifulness is heading W at quarter-speed.
404.   The Overmercifulness is heading E at quarter-speed. The crew of the Overmercifulness have spotted land. The Overmercifulness is approaching the island of Bellefontaine. Overmercifulness is now docked at Adak, on Bellefontaine.
