Wilber Prasun has made it clear that, because it was his decision for the ship to be commandeered, he will serve as its captain. Capt. Wilber Prasun was designated captain of the Vaccicide, which will depart Waugh shortly; he has 6 years of ship-captain experience. Capt. Heath Prasun, Peggy Vaclav, Yettie Aldis, Rolph Aldis, Goddard Guillermo, Ange Gilles, Marrilee Aldis, Rakel Zollie, Libby Zollie, Jaynell Aldis, Myrta Aldis, and Capt. Wilber Prasun have boarded the Vaccicide from the port of Waugh, Hornbeak. The Vaccicide, under command of Capt. Wilber Prasun, has left the harbor at Waugh, Hornbeak.
