Narrative

269.   The Phalangigrady was built in New Carlisle, Pelican, by Kayley Gilles. It is the first ship that she has completed.
296.   Mathias Noland is trying to gather up a group of people in New Carlisle for an expedition on the Phalangigrady, which Mathias Noland has agreed to lead. The group about to board the Phalangigrady has decided that, rather than Mathias Noland naming himself captain outright, the passengers will decide who their captain will be democratically. Mathias Noland's shipmates have decided that he would make the best captain. Mathias Noland was designated captain of the Phalangigrady, which will depart New Carlisle shortly; he has never captained a ship before. Charin Gilles, Quincy Gilles, Olivia Prasun, Mellie Noland, Moreen Noland, Nerte Gilles, Elvin Gilles, Capt. Mathias Noland, Lesli Noland, Patrica Noland, and Ardelis Gilles have boarded the Phalangigrady from the port of New Carlisle, Pelican. The Phalangigrady, under command of Capt. Mathias Noland, has left the harbor at New Carlisle, Pelican. The Phalangigrady is heading S at full-speed.
297.   The Phalangigrady is heading W at three-quarter speed. The crew of the Phalangigrady have spotted land. The Phalangigrady is approaching the island of New Waterford. Phalangigrady is now docked at Swampscott, on New Waterford.
314.   Quincy Gilles is trying to gather up a group of people in Swampscott for an expedition on the Phalangigrady, which Capt. Mathias Noland has agreed to lead. Because Capt. Mathias Noland is going on this ship alone, he will naturally be its captain. As the only person embarking the Phalangigrady, which will depart Swampscott shortly, Capt. Mathias Noland will naturally serve as its captain; he has one year of ship-captain experience, including on the Phalangigrady from 296 to 297. Capt. Mathias Noland has boarded the Phalangigrady from the port of Swampscott, New Waterford; he will be embark on this voyage alone. The Phalangigrady, under command of Capt. Mathias Noland, has left the harbor at Swampscott, New Waterford. The Phalangigrady is heading N at three-quarter speed.
315.   The Phalangigrady is heading NE at full-speed. The Phalangigrady's lone passenger has spotted land. The Phalangigrady is approaching the island of Gloucester. Phalangigrady is now docked at Pollard, on Gloucester.
321.   Capt. Mathias Noland, who captained the Phalangigrady from 296 to 297, died in Pollard, Gloucester, of natural causes; he was 60 years old.
365.   Maxwell Aldis is trying to gather up a group of people in Pollard for an expedition on the Phalangigrady, which Maxwell Aldis has agreed to lead. The group about to board the Phalangigrady has decided that, rather than Maxwell Aldis naming himself captain outright, the passengers will decide who their captain will be democratically. Maxwell Aldis's shipmates have decided that he would make the best captain, though Ignaz Aldis is hurt by the decision. Maxwell Aldis was designated captain of the Phalangigrady, which will depart Pollard shortly; he has never captained a ship before. Ignaz Aldis, Cissy Aldis, Capt. Maxwell Aldis, Carolee Aldis, Chrissie Aldis, Fortune Aldis, Shea Aldis, Bernie Aldis, Shea Aldis, and Florida Aldis have boarded the Phalangigrady from the port of Pollard, Gloucester. The Phalangigrady, under command of Capt. Maxwell Aldis, has left the harbor at Pollard, Gloucester. The Phalangigrady is heading NE at full-speed. As an act of mutiny, Ignaz Aldis is going to attempt to murder Capt. Maxwell Aldis, whose decision-making aboard the Phalangigrady has been seen by some passengers as reckless and potentially life-endangering. Ignaz Aldis attempted to murder Capt. Maxwell Aldis as an act of mutiny, but failed. A punishment is now being decided for Ignaz Aldis and his conspirator in the failed mutiny attempt, Florida Aldis. Capt. Maxwell Aldis has decided that the conspirators will be hanged aboard the ship. Capt. Maxwell Aldis ordered the hanging of 56-year-old Ignaz Aldis at sea aboard the Phalangigrady as capital punishment for a failed mutiny attempt in which Ignaz tried to murder Maxwell. Capt. Maxwell Aldis ordered the hanging of 35-year-old Florida Aldis at sea aboard the Phalangigrady as capital punishment for a failed mutiny attempt in which Florida tried to murder Maxwell. This was his second victim.
