  • make a list of items you want to describe and/or present.
  • describe each item clearly in as much detail as you can without worrying about the space.
  • Anticipate potential questions and write to clarify and/or answer them. Put yourself in your reader’s shoes.
  • Connet the items and make the writing coherent.
  • Make the writing concise. No one wants to read a length document.
  • Make the writing logically enjoyable to read.
  • Learn the subject and make it clear to yourself first.
  • Present what you learned to others in a clear way.
  • Wrting involves processing and reprocessing what you learned. This is why writing is hard!
  • Writing it out will improve your learning and your understanding of the subjects!
