Installing editor¶
Editors for LaTeX¶
There are a couple of options to choose for editor. A list of most popular LaTeX editors include:
- Kile (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux – best)
- TeXworks (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux – good)
- Texmaker (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux – good)
- WinEdt (Windows)
- TexShop (Mac OS X – best)
