STEPHANIE JONES

My name is Stephanie Jones and I am a second year Ph.D. student in Computer Science at UC Santa Cruz. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in 2007 from UC Santa Cruz.
My current research is on data de-duplication though my research interests extend to file systems, computer security, and improving RAID fault tolerance. I hope to finish my Master’s thesis at the end of the 2008 - 2009 school year with help from my advisor, Professor Darrell Long. My previous research has included view-based file systems and computer security for petabyte scale systems.
I may be emailed at snjones at soe dot ucsc dot edu. Additional contact information is available on my resume.
