This is part of the email that Wen Junshan sent out. I feel it might be useful to post it here. I am waiting for responses to this plan before I can decide whether I should go simply because I am close to Vegas. Anyone else interested to go?

Hi, everyone, pleasure to see everyone being connected through the net. Well, do not abuse it, just kidding.

Here is the update:
a.. Time: summer is the choice when more folks can make it recognizing kid's school schedule.
b.. Month: we try to as early as possible considering the Vegas 'desert' weather.

Hotel:
I did check a few of hotels which located in the better spot on the strip. It seems Tropicana has a great deal:
a.. $49 per room (double beds)/day from Sunday to Thursday and with two show (Folies Bergere) tickets per room which worth 2 x $45 = $90!, and ...Practically, you have two free nights stay! Believe it or not, that is why we choose Las Ve$as!
b.. We can book starting Sundays July 5 or July 12 or,.... Other Folks: I am talking to them now. However, it is not effective. Although we will try to get everyone in the event, however, reality is not easy. Please help me to pass the message to ones you know and let me know their response.

Action Items:
a.. Let me know if you can make it on July 5 or you prefer July 12, or other time before next weekend (4/11). You can arrange your family vacation around that time, we meet at Vegas on July 5 or on 12th...
b.. Can everyone try to talk to your travel agency to check if you can book a reasonable cost flight around that time? and let me know the impact on your decision.
