DivX scene-detect patch v1.0

This patch will enable DivX support for scene-change detection and inserting
keyframes there. It works at any bitrate in both codecs, FAST and LOW motion!

You can set keyframe interval to n seconds if you want keyframe inserted when
pause between two scenes is bigger than n seconds. Set keyframe interval to some
big number if you want keyframe only at scene-changes, for example 9999 or
something like that.

In general - by inserting keyframes at scene changes, you will get more quality
in all codecs at any resolution. FAST motion codec looks very good now! Can be
great for 1-cd movies! Of course LOW motion at higher bitrates will give you
very high, near-DVD quality at 2 CDs!

iNSTALLATION NOTES
Copy both .dll files to <windows dir>/system, overwriting original Divx files.
Second way (if you are confused, hehe) - install Divx 3.1 and before running
'Run me first!' copy both files to install dir. :)
