Kristal Pollack

My current interests are in systems topics, specifically large-scale storage systems. I'm currently working on autonomic performance management, applying machine learning techniques to detect and diagnose performance problems within a large-scale distributed storage system. I've also worked on large archival systems with the Deep Store project, and some work on quota management and metadata storage with the Object-Based Storage project.
