(including a very short abstract - it can be just one paragraph)
by using the ConfMan interface
at
LICS 2003 Short Presentation

After registering your short presentation, you will receive an automatic reply
in which you will be provided with a URL.
Use the URL provided in the
automatic reply to upload your short presentation paper (1-2 pages)
no later than 8:00pm PST,
Friday, March 21, 2003. Papers must be uploaded in postscript
or in PDF format only.
