Although we had some super-secondary matches in the template library,
we had to rely heavily on our "new-fold" cost functions for building
models for target T0281.  We ended up with several slightly different
models that we have difficulty choosing among.

This is try20-opt2.repack-nonPC, which has 4 strands and avoids the bulge in the
edge strand.  The backbone was built by undertaker and the undertaker
model scores 3rd best on our unconstrained cost function, but this
model, which has sidechains repacked by Rosetta, scores best on the
Rosetta energy function.
