This is a model from an alignment to our third-best template (1nrgA), with
the sidechains repacked by SCWRL.  The second-best (1g79A) was
recognized automatically as being very similar to 1dnlA, but the
similarity of the third best was not recognized, because it did not
have an FSSP representative in the ancient copy of FSSP that we have
been using.

The alignment was made with a 3-track HMM:
