This is T0234.try9-monomer-from-repacked-dimer.  The backbone (the
same as model 1) was built by undertaker with the sidechains repacked
by Rosetta.  The repacking was done in the context of a dimer, formed
by superimposing try9-opt2 on 1dnlA and 1dnlB.

Since undertaker does not yet understand dimers, this crude
approximation to dimerization is the best we can do at the moment.
