This is try12-opt2.repack-nonPC, whose backbone was created by
undertaker, but whose sidechains were repacked by Rosetta.
It scores best with the Rosetta energy function, but the residues
L33-I39 were predicted to be strand rather than helix, so it did not
score well with the undertaker cost function.
