This is try9-opt2.repack-nonPC, the model that scores best with 
the Rosetta energy function.  This was the best-scoring model until we
hand-edited the alignment to get the strands to flip the way we wanted.

We think that three of the strands are flipped over in this model, but
the gaps and clashes are lower for this model than for other models.
