This model was created by taking one of our models (a hand-tweaked one
that did not score well because of breaks) and doing a structural
alignment with VAST.  It is an alignment to 1a0dA.

It was not our favorite barrel arrangement, but that VAST submission
had not completed after several hours, and there was not time to
include it.

Normally, we would not stop with this incomplete model from alignment
with sidechains optimized by SCWRL, but would use it as a basis for
furhter optimization.  With the deadline 40 minutes away, there simply
isn't time.
