EvoFold predictions on Drosophila melanogaster

EvoFold predictions of conserved RNA structures in Drosophila Melanogaster

Prediction sets

These pages present EvoFold predictions of structural RNAs made using genome-wide 12-way multiz alignments.

The complete prediction set was divided into ranked subsets by two different approaches. First, based on size, shape, and genomic location, the complete set of predictions was divided into fold classes. The folds of each class were ranked according to the EvoFold score. Second, based on the classes of intergenic and intronic folds, a set of ncRNA candidates ranked by substitution evidence was also generated.
