Jochen Behrens

This is Jochen, taking a bath in a really cold creek.
Jochen Behrens was a graduate student of Computer and Information Sciences at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

He was part of the Computer Communication Research Group headed by his adviser, J.J. Garcia-Luna-Aceves and worked on link-vector algorithms, a new class of algorithms for scalable internet routing. Here is a list of his publications.

Since he graduated with a Ph.D. in June 1997, he works for the Network Products Group at Sun Microsystems.

He earned his Diplom in Informatik (Master's in Computer Science) at the RWTH Aachen in 1992. For his thesis, he did some work at the ZAM, the central institute for applied mathematics of the research center KFA Jülich

Here is his online resume. (The layout is about as fancy as it gets for a first attempt to create a page with Netscape Navigator Editor, but there is also a postscript version, in case you prefer to print it with a nicer layout.)
